Shipping and Returns Policy

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free 2-3 days shipping for domestic countries and 14-22 days for long haul connections. We re constantly updating our country list. In case your country or zone is not listed in the shipping options please let us know by e-mail at "management@reefways.com" or via our "Contact" page or via chat.

When your order is packaged and ready for shipment we will notify you with an e-mail. We use all the main shipment company (DHL, FEDEX, UPS) for international shipments in addition to local shipping company. A tracking number is usually attached to the e-mail you will receive. Additional e-mails could be received when the status of your order changes.

In some occasions delays can affect the delivery. In case your order is delayed by any reason we will notify you as soon as possible using the contact information provided and give you a new estimate of delivery. In case you didn't receive any notification but notice your order is delayed please notify us as soon as possible in order to initiate investigation.

We can execute international shipments worldwide. However please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. 

 

If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

In cases where applicable you may be responsible for Customs Clearance.

Customs clearance is a necessary process before items can be imported or exported internationally by air or sea. During this process, the shipper provides the country's customs authority specific documentation to determine any applicable taxes or duties on the item. The type of documents required usually depends on the type of item, country of origin, and destination country. If the item clears, the delivery can continue on to its destination. 

Please check with your local authority about procedures to execute Customs Clearance prior to purchase your order.

 

RETURNS

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Finland, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
